About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Program Manager, SME to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary technical and managerial liaison between the Contractor, Contracting Officer (CO), and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), ensuring clear and effective communication to maintain high performance across all contracted services.

    Lead post-award activities, including organizing and conducting the kick-off meeting within five business days of the task award, recording detailed minutes, and distributing them to stakeholders within the specified timeline.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and track metrics against the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) to ensure contract deliverables meet established performance standards.
  • Monitor project financials, providing detailed reports that include budgeted, actual, and projected costs for all tasks and projects across Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs).
  • Collaborate with the COR and Technical Monitors to address performance issues, resolve procedural concerns, and respond promptly to Government inquiries.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Transition Plan, detailing methodologies, timelines, resources, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure seamless transitions during contract initiation and completion phases.
  • Manage transition-in activities by overseeing knowledge transfer, technical documentation, and the successful integration of Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Information (GFI) with minimal disruption.
  • Oversee transition-out services by coordinating with successor contractors to ensure the smooth handover of data, technical resources, inventory, and other assets, while adhering to risk reduction methodologies.
  • Maintain on-call personnel coverage during absences and ensure continuity of information and service delivery for Government stakeholders.
  • Provide regular, well-structured reports on program status, including progress against milestones, QASP/QCP metrics, financial tracking, and risk management updates, as per contract deliverable requirements.


Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 18 years of experience in IT Program Management
