The Graphic Design and Creative Services Manager leads visual content strategy, brand management, and digital
transformation initiatives for Palmetto Goodwill. This role drives creative excellence while managing design
operations to elevate our mission through professional design and strengthen our visual identity across all
platforms

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Creative Design and Development



  • Leads the creation of compelling graphics, infographics, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns
  • Oversees design and production of professional collateral materials
  • Directs in-house marketing campaign creative development
  • Establishes and maintains template design systems for recurring materials


Brand Management



  • Spearheads brand standards development and implementation
  • Designs and deliver brand training programs and a comprehensive brand manual
  • Drives consistent visual identity across all communications
  • Ensures organizational tone and messaging alignment with mission and values


Digital Presence



  • Directs website design strategy and maintenance
  • Oversees email marketing and social media visual content
  • Enforces digital accessibility standards
  • Manages virtual print shop/print-on-demand platform implementation


Project Management



  • Leads multiple simultaneous creative projects from concept to deployment
  • Builds and maintains stakeholder relationships
  • Coordinates with the Marketing and Communications team
  • Sets and maintains project timelines and quality standards


Culture



  • Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
  • Proactively establishes and maintains effective working team relationships with all support departments
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
