Audiologist OR Hearing Instrument Specialist

We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Audiologists or Hearing Aid Specialists to join our Onsite Senior Care team and provide exceptional hearing care services to seniors in retirement home communities and nursing homes. This role focuses on delivering diagnostics and hearing solutions directly to residents, ensuring convenient and accessible care tailored to their unique needs.

This is a hybrid position. Must be local to NJ. Multiple positions are available in Central Jersey Shore and Southern Jersey Shore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostics.
• Fit and program hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
• Educate residents and their families on hearing health and the benefits of hearing solutions.
• Collaborate with nursing home staff to schedule appointments and manage care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all healthcare regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and community staff.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist in New Jersey.
• Experience working with elderly populations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to travel to onsite locations within 1 hour of your home.
