Job Description Marketing Specialist 4730 N Service Dr, Winona, MN 55987 HEADP Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time Marketing Specialist, you will conceptualize, organize and implement marketing campaigns and promotional collateral for internal and external customers. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: oCreating, executing and managing multiple marketing campaigns for internal and external use oMaintaining our brand messaging while presenting to internal and external audiences oScheduling internal and external communications across multiple channels oAssisting sales personnel and various departments to achieve business goals through various marketing activities oPerforming data analysis and research along with ongoing marketing metric reporting REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed oPossess or are working towards a degree in Business, Marketing, or Mass Communication OR have at least two years of relevant work experience oExcellent written and oral communication skills oProficient using Microsoft Office Suite oDemonstrate strong attention to detail with a creative mindset and the desire to learn and implement new programs oHighly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented oDemonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities oExhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills oLearn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment oWork independently as well as in a team environment o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork oPass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: oKnowledge of print and electronic media concepts oFamiliarity with using Adobe Creative Suite ABOUT US: Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers. FULL-TIME BENEFITS: Fastenal offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees. This package includes Health, Life, Long Term Disability, and Dental Insurance, in addition to, paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and 401(k) with an employer contribution. COMPENSATION: The base pay range for this position is $42,000 - 48,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission. |
