Basic Function

The Associate Advisor, Global Corporate Citizenship will play a key role in advancing our company's corporate social responsibility initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Corporate Citizenship, this position will lead the development of impact reports, oversee data collection, ensure compliance, and manage relationships related to corporate social responsibility (CSR) reporting and analytics. This position is located in Houston, TX.

Roles & Responsibilities

General:



  • Lead the development of social investment impact reports for community partners, documenting their activities and project execution.
  • Develop and implement CSR reporting and impact analytics strategies to showcase value creation to stakeholders and communities.
  • Oversee data collection and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Manage internal and external relationships related to impact data reporting and analytics, including oversight and implementation of contractual upgrades.
  • Review charitable contributions, grant applications, employee matching gift requests, and Political Action Committee (PAC) Match, ensuring alignment with the company's giving strategy, policies, and guidelines.
  • Lead monthly metrics reporting and evaluate the effectiveness of community partnerships and communications efforts.
  • Process payments to vendors related to CSR activities, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Help manage the global budget by monitoring site, network and strategic partnership investments and make adjustments, as needed, throughout the year.
  • Other volunteer, event support or administrative duties, as assigned.

Min. Qualifications

Area of Expertise, Requirements:



  • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using reporting and analytics tools.
  • Strong collaboration and listening skills and works well within and across functions


Education:



  • Four year college degree or equivalent years of experience.


Work Experience:



  • Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, ESG reporting, communications, community relations, sponsorship or a related field.
  • Prior work experience in ESG-related data analysis is a plus
