Department Summary The University of North Texas at Dallas (UNT Dallas) School of Business invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track Visiting Instructor of Accounting position within the School of Business starting in Fall 2025. This position has the possibility of turning into a full-time tenure track position in the 2026-27 academic year. This position will teach a range of topics within undergraduate accounting graduate courses. UNT Dallas - is the only public four-year university exclusively in the City of Dallas. UNT Dallas received the highest rating of all North Texas colleges and universities in the Money Magazine's annual "Best Colleges in America" report. Position Overview This is a visiting position for the 2025-26 academic year with the possibility of a tenure track position in 2026-27. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching 4 courses per semester. Minimum Qualifications An earned master's degree in accounting or a graduate degree with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in accounting from an accredited institution credit hours in accounting. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Teach a variety of undergraduate and graduate accounting courses. Preferred Qualifications * A doctoral degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
