We are currently seeking a Data Center Facilities Coordinator - Onsite in Alpharetta, GA to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

This is an on-site role in Alpharetta, GA. Only local candidates will be considered.

Role Responsibilities

• Distribute and update information from the field into the maintenance management system

• Prepare Reports

• Perform data entry

• Engage with procurement and finance teams in addition to external stakeholders

• Support multiple projects

**Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm EST with the need to be flexibile per the client's needs/requests. Working onsite daily at the client's location isAlpharetta, GA is required.

Basic Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a facilities coordinator

Additional Preferences

• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and work order/ticketing systems

• High level of professionalism

• Detail Oriented

• Self-starter with exceptional communication skills

• Strong verbal and written communications skills

• Ability to work independently and reliably

• Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks including delegation of tasks when appropriate

• Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire, familiarity with the roles and function of the assigned department
