THE JOB:
The Security Assistant Shift Manager's main job is to supervise and manage the security staff during their shift. They make sure there are enough team members working, ensure everyone is doing their job correctly, and help keep a safe environment for both guests and employees. Everything they do must follow company rules, gaming regulations, and state laws.

THE STARTING RATE:
The annual salary for this position will be $67,000

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise security officers and support staff
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees
• Enforce policies and administer discipline when needed
• Assign work and ensure proper station coverage
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and employees
• Enforce state, local, regulatory, and company policies
• Work with outside agencies during security incidents
• Oversee Investigations & Incident Response
• Assist with and supervise onsite investigations
• Monitor security operations and processes
• Respond to emergencies and reported threats
• Document incidents and ensure proper follow-up
• Address guest questions and concerns immediately
• Contact the appropriate department for assistance when needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
• At least 2 years working in High End Security Leadership, previous Law Enforcement or Military Experience
• Knowledge of security operations, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols
• Strong leadership abilities to supervise and support a team
• Ability to interact professionally with guests, employees, and outside agencies
