Position Details



  • Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Hybrid Schedule | Onsite (Tuesday - Thursday) & Work from Home (Monday + Friday)
  • Pay | $25 per hour + incentives



Qualifications



  • An associate's degree or related work experience
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software



Inside Sales Representative Job Duties



  • Service the needs of existing customers
  • Develop prospective customers to increase business
  • Quickly respond to customer inquiries
  • Foster positive relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with the outside sales team
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of company products
  • Give quality quotes using ERP, PLT, and other necessary systems
  • Create opportunities through calls and email communication
  • Assist other team members when needed
