KM Solutions Manager - Minneapolis, MN

Overview:
We are seeking a KM Solutions Manager with a proven background in Microsoft SharePoint, project management, and knowledge management. This role will focus on optimizing internal communications, improving workflows, and enhancing client relationships by leveraging technology and automation tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in SharePoint, workflow management, and a deep interest in improving user experiences across the firm.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and design the firm's SharePoint infrastructure, ensuring engaging and easily findable content.
• Coach content authors on best practices for web writing and empower them to take ownership of their content.
• Leverage SharePoint and other no/low-code tools to streamline workflows, create dashboards, and enhance legal service delivery.
• Collaborate with the HighQ extranet team to design, develop, and deploy user-friendly and secure legal extranet platforms.
• Oversee governance of the firm's intranet and extranet platforms, ensuring data integrity and continuous improvement.
• Use analytics to evaluate platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in creating a seamless and efficient environment for internal teams and clients.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Online and Power Platform tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON, and KQL10.
• Experience with PnP PowerShell, SQL Server, and Stored Procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate and improve processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work independently on multiple projects.

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $114,000 - $126,000/year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
