Job Description Summary Enterprise Advisors is the mission-based consultancy of Enterprise Community Partners Inc. focused on delivering capacity building and technical assistance in partnership with Federal agencies, units of local government, public housing authorities, nonprofit organizations, philanthropy, and other sources. We work with partners to improve the capacity, outcomes and impacts of community development and housing programs and organizations nationwide so that all people have a place to live, grow and thrive. We are looking for interns to support the following platforms; Technical Assistance and Capacity Building and Strategy and Implementation covering the following Practice Areas:Equitable Housing Solutions Community Resilience Incubation and Trends Community Wealth Building Business Processes Management The department is seeking up to four (4) interns for Summer 2025 beginning June 2025. The anticipated internship is approximately 30-40 hours per week at $18-28 per hour, depending on educational attainment, qualifications and experience. The Intern will provide support to the department in areas of data and spatial analysis; strategy and policy research; financial modeling; research on best practices; report writing; impact evaluation; and development of related housing or economic development toolkits to advance Advisors' focus area platforms. Total Rewards at Enterprise: You will be working with a group of talented professionals who are motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing. The base pay for this role is $18 to $23 for undergraduate students and $23-$28 for graduate students, depending on level of skills and experience. The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position.
