The Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst position plays a pivotal role in ensuring effectivecorporate compliance across our organization. This position leads the Compliance Council,which is comprised of 21 compliance programs across the organization by ensuring consistentgovernance, processes, and tools are available across the organization to facilitate compliantresults to maintain a strong culture of compliance. The position is also responsible forconducting in-depth research, planning, developing and implementing of compliance programsto ensure the company meets all federal, state and other regulatory requirements. Worksindependently to advise internal departments on regulatory requirements. Designs and leads employee training on relevant requirements and best industry practices. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field proceduresrelated to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our corevalues and Code of Conduct. The pay range for this position is$79,200.00-$131,700.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
