What You'll Do:



  • Perform general maintenance and preventative care to ensure the hotel meets top-tier standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and hotel equipment.
  • Keep our hotel's exterior looking its best with seasonal upkeep.
  • Refurbish and repair guest room furniture and fixtures as needed.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and maintenance issues.


What We're Looking For:



  • A self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in varying temperatures, and operate heavy machinery.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role is required.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
