Description
At Ports America, the Operations Intern with guidance from site leadership will contribute to planning, execution and supervision of the duties associated with terminal operations. This includes efficient, safe, and productive operations for your assigned customers, terminal area, and cargo type (Engineering Shop, Container Freight, Ro/Ro, Bulk, Break Bulk, Cruise, etc.). Throughout the summer you will be exposed to our various operations; participate in informational sessions; and attend networking activities with some of the best professionals in the maritime industry. You will be introduced to tools and resources that will help you grow both professionally and personally. Essential Duties:
