As the Information Technology Graduate, you'll lead IT initiatives and projects through requirements gathering, testing, and release management. Reporting to an IT Project Manager, you will support several teams across the organization to improve applications and systems while enhancing operational efficiency and business growth. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Proven excellence in academic pursuits A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements A strong sense of ownership and focus on seeing tasks through to completion Strong verbal and written communication skills Interest in analytics and problem-solving Bachelor's degree (completed by July 2025) Relevant work or internship experience is a plus Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Experience with ERP Systems (ex. SAP) is considered a plus Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
