The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) function is to increase product sales and placement at all off and on premise store locations within an assigned territory. The primary role of the ISM is to provide exceptional service to all customers while increasing visibility and brand penetration through the aide of sales tactics, market insights, and field sales execution. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities Overall computer skills and familiarity with a variety of software Takes a hands-on approach to personal development Prior sales experience; Inside sales experience a plus Strong track record of sales success Knowledge of the beverage market Thorough understanding of the direct store delivery (DSD) business Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
