THE JOB:

As a Housekeeping Supply Clerk at the Aria, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $21.2261 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Oversee pick station operations, including inventory management, stocking, logistics, and distribution.

  • Ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of all requests from VIP Services, Executives, and other key stakeholders.

  • Analyze property and company-generated reports to verify service execution, ensure report distribution, and maintain data accuracy.

  • Maintain organization in warehouse areas, replenishing shelves and chemical bottles as needed.

  • Track and document all items delivered to Housekeeping tower floors, Pro Host room, pick stations, and other departments.

  • Conduct weekly updates of storage areas and supplies as directed.

  • Perform tasks requiring the use of ladders, forklifts, tuggers, lifts, and pallet jacks, following proper training and safety guidelines.

  • Ensure precise quantity deliveries based on daily property needs.

  • Conduct daily and monthly inventory counts across various hotel areas to maintain accurate stock levels.

  • Address and resolve guest and employee concerns promptly, using creative problem-solving to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

  • 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience in guest service.

  • 6+ Months of Prior Relevant warehouse work experience.

  • Experience in a similar resort setting.
