Responsibilities Roxbury is currently recruiting a clinical sueprvisor to oversee our Substance Use Disorder unit. Job description Roxbury Treatment Center is currently recruiting a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our Substance Use Disorder Unit to coordinate all clinical services provided to patients of Roxbury's Substance Use Disorder Program. Responsibilities include supervision of clinical staff; oversight of staff scheduling; provision of group and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and completion of documentation. Provides on-site leadership and daily direction for the clinical programming of the Chemical Dependence Program. The hours for this position are typically Monday through Friday day shift, however, flexibility is required for evening and weekend hours as required. This position is responsible for staffing coverage 24/7 for the clinical team of the SUD unit. Qualifications Education/Experience: Master's Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in Substance Use Disorder (chemical dependency), Psychology, Social Work, or other related field required. Supervisory experience highly preferred.
