"I can succeed as a IAM Identity Services Engineer at Capital Group" The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is part of Information Security in CG's Information Technology Group. Capital Group is building an integrated cloud platform, built on AWS, that provides features such as a container runtime environment, CI/CD, and observability, with the goal of making it easy for our developers to build great software to power our business. As an IAM Identity Services Engineer, you will be a contributing member of the IAM Engineering team who will operate and engineer security systems tools for Capital Group and utilize programming, operations, and engineering skills/training to provide a portfolio of security services for the enterprise. You will be responsible for all aspects of security solutions to safeguard access to CG systems, including software development and deployment, configuration for custom and packaged technologies, on-call support, and integrations with cloud (primary) and on-prem solutions. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
