Job Title Risk Manager, Global Operational Resilience, BCM and Crisis Management, Non-Financial Risk Management Corporate Title Vice President Location New York Overview The purpose of the Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) function is to ensure that the Bank's Non-Financial Risk exposure is adequately managed in line with the group wide risk appetite and NFRM framework. You will work in NFRM which is a matrix organization with business / region and functional specialist axes. Operational Resilience refers to the ability of firms, FMIs and the sector as a whole to prevent, respond to, recover and learn from operational disruptions. It is the ability to adapt rapidly to the changing environmental and business conditions. What We Offer You

Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is $125,000 to $203,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
