As a Data Scientist, Data, Insights & Governance, you will utilize a variety of machine learning models and techniques to drive critical business decisions for our partners supporting digital storefronts on Microsoft.com and the Xbox platform. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to develop data science solutions that address complex business problems. This role requires an analytical mindset, solid communication skills, and the ability to execute projects from conception to completion. ResponsibilitiesCollaboration Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and identify data-driven solutions.Match data science models and techniques to business problems in a way that our stakeholders can understand and action against.Model Development Work with analysts, stakeholders, and other data scientists to execute data gathering & validation, feature engineering, model building & assessment, and summarization of results.Deploy models as required for ongoing impact.Communication Share work plans, progress updates, and results with project stakeholders.Help business understand model assumptions, limitations, and correct interpretation of results.Explain complex technical concepts in clear, concise, and simple language. | |
