Position Description Assists in a variety of clerical duties and assignments as required. Job Responsibilities Enters, maintains and closes work orders Generates and maintains reports, graphs/charts/timelines/performance data, letters, spreadsheets and files Orders and expedites supplies and a variety of purchase requisitions Attends various meetings, records and distributes minutes Tracks / records / maintains department employee information such as vacation requests, overtime, training records, and lists. Answers phones and processes filing Makes arrangements for furniture/computer/telephone moves if necessary Performs other duties as assigned Job Skills Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to pay close attention to detail Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location Education High School diploma General Education Degree Experience Requirements Computer literacy required - experience creating spreadsheets, presentations, reports preferred Physical & Environmental Requirements May be required to lift or carry products, parts, and/or other materials of various sizes and weights. (Frequently 5 - 25 pounds), (Occasionally 25 - 75 pounds), (Rarely greater than 75 pounds) Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours) Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours) Exposure to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours) Position Description Uses basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plant production equipment. Performs duties associated with the setup of a variety of production equipment to produce quality product.
