Position Description

Assists in a variety of clerical duties and assignments as required.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Enters, maintains and closes work orders

  2. Generates and maintains reports, graphs/charts/timelines/performance data, letters, spreadsheets and files

  3. Orders and expedites supplies and a variety of purchase requisitions

  4. Attends various meetings, records and distributes minutes

  5. Tracks / records / maintains department employee information such as vacation requests, overtime, training records, and lists. Answers phones and processes filing

  6. Makes arrangements for furniture/computer/telephone moves if necessary

  7. Performs other duties as assigned

  • Ability to pay close attention to detail

  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Education

High School diploma

General Education Degree

Experience Requirements
  • Computer literacy required - experience creating spreadsheets, presentations, reports preferred

Physical & Environmental Requirements

May be required to lift or carry products, parts, and/or other materials of various sizes and weights. (Frequently 5 - 25 pounds), (Occasionally 25 - 75 pounds), (Rarely greater than 75 pounds)

Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)

Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours)

Exposure to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours)

Position Description

Uses basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plant production equipment. Performs duties associated with the setup of a variety of production equipment to produce quality product.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Monitors requirements for safety, quality and production
  2. Performs basic equipment repairs under general supervision
  3. Coordinates line changeovers and ensure component accuracy
  4. Executes preventive and general maintenance duties
  5. Performs other duties as assigned
Job Skills Requirements
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Education
High School diploma
