Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Military and Veterans Health Account Manager to join our team to support our government clients. The successful applicant will bring their business and sales competence to work, crafting compelling solutions for client challenges.
Develop skills, collaborate with team, and improve CGS' services for clients.
Job Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will:


  • Liaise with Client Partner and Project Managers to ensure client happiness and bring Capgemini offerings to the client

  • Lead end-to-end opportunity identification, capture, and proposal efforts of $25M-$100M with a 12-month pipeline of $200M qualified opportunities

  • Work with Capgemini capability teams and Federal customers to solve client needs

  • Lead and/or support delivery projects as needed, approximately 20% of time

  • Build capture plans and drive capture activities such as client/opportunity research, RFI submittal, requirements analysis, competitive analysis, teaming, vehicle shaping, win strategy development, key differentiators, and solution facilitation

  • Keep up to date on market trends and complementary Capgemini offerings and capabilities

  • Setup and perform client demonstrations along with Capgemini technical teams to showcase Capgemini offerings and capabilities

  • Coordinate with collaborators, customers, and team members to turn opportunities into awarded contracts

  • Attend industry conferences as Capgemini representative

  • Develop Marketing plan and coordinate marketing, conference, and white paper development with internal and external contributors

  • Manage business development costs, associated reporting, and project profitability (as required)

  • Identify, socialize, and implement process improvement and lead events, associations, and technology markets activities for Capgemini's centralized capture/business development organization, approximately 20% of time


Required Qualifications:


  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

  • Eligible to acquire and maintain Government Security Clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, marketing, management, or related field)

  • A minimum of 10+ years of prior relevant experience in the full lifecycle of Federal capture from opportunity identification to proposal response submission

  • Experience owning, maintaining, and growing a qualified sales pipeline

  • Full-lifecycle capture management experience of federal opportunities

  • Proposal management experience

  • Knowledge of current IT trends, platforms, and innovations in the market

  • Excellent writing skills and crafting and delivering presentations

  • Excellent opportunity research and analysis skills

  • Demonstrated success in winning contract awards

  • Prior contract delivery experience

  • Experience working within the DHA or its predecessor organizations


Desired Qualifications:


  • Experience working within the Department of VA or HHS organizations

  • Strong communication and team building skills

  • Strong test writing skills

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 185K - 215K.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
