JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Education Specialist is responsible for establishing and delivering leading edge in-house and virtual customer training on CYTEK products. This dynamic role requires an individual passionate about adult education. The Customer Education Specialist will not only deliver high impact training to customers in an efficient manner but also ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction. In collaboration with other members of the team, this role will be responsible for contributing to educational content creation and recommendations for the improvement of course effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Training Delivery:

- Deliver high impact and very engaging customer education session in-house or virtually.

-Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) and always measure the effectiveness of training and customer
satisfaction.

Program Design and Development:

- Support the design and development of training programs for CYTEK instruments.

- Utilize instructional design best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Budget Management:

- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Technology Integration:

- Stay current with training technologies and tools and recommend their integration to enhance training delivery.

- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other training platforms.

Evaluation and Improvement:

- Evaluate and measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs.

- Analyze feedback and data to continuously improve training content and methods.

Drive product adoption:

- Capitalize on the training opportunity to demonstrate CYTEK portfolio including reagents and solutions.
- Document customer feedback and/or field intelligence to the appropriate colleagues.

Must be assertive, highly organized, computer literate, have excellent communication skills and be able to work unsupervised.

Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Must be analytically skilled, excellent in English; other European languages are a definite asset.

Passionate about technologies and a keen interest in learning about life sciences and diagnostics.

Demonstrates ability to operate independently and strategically to achieve individual and corporate goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

B.Sc. or higher - Biomedical Sciences, Education, Business, or related field, or

Work Experience

5 years - Flow cytometry and cell analysis, and

1-2 years - Preferred experience in technical customer education

1-2 years - Preferred experience in designing and delivering training programs

1-2 years - Preferred proficiency in training software and technologies.
