Job Posting: Contracts Manager

Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Location: Remote

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Contracts Manager to join our dynamic, growth-focused team of contracting and subcontracting professionals. Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and capture key contractual terms and conditions.
  • Create Prime Contract Flowdowns to be included in Subcontracts.
  • Develop Contract Briefs.
  • Oversee and maintain the Contract Deliverable Requirements List.
  • Communicate contract requirements proactively with operational leaders and supporting personnel.
  • Assess risks and gaps in contracts and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Administer large Federal Government ID/IQ contracts, task orders, and complex performance-based contracts.
  • Negotiate contract and subcontract terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and modify contract and subcontract templates to meet business needs.
  • Resolve contractual disputes, including preparing and submitting requests for equitable adjustments or other settlement proposals.
  • Monitor and enhance team efficiency.
  • Deliver timely and responsive results in a fast-paced, semi-autonomous, team-based environment.

Qualifications:



  • 5-8 years of experience in contracts or procurement, with a solid understanding of General Services Administration (GSA) procedures.
  • Experience with various contract types, including cost reimbursable, time and material, fixed unit rate, firm fixed price, and hybrid contracts.
  • Strong experience in federal or public contracting contexts.
  • Bachelors degree in a business-related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).
  • U.S. work authorization required (EA does not sponsor work visas). EA uses E-Verify for all new hires.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Resume that highlights specific results delivered in previous roles.
  • Experience in both federal contracts and federal procurements.
  • Previous work experience in a professional services company.
  • Experience in a compliance role.
  • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) certification.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
