Fox Corporation is a leading media company dedicated to delivering engaging content. We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our Corporate Human Resource team in New York City. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and initiatives within a fast-paced corporate environment.

As a Human Resources Intern, you will support the Corporate HR team with daily operations and HR initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in gaining exposure to various HR functions to understand their impact on the organization. Candidates must be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Corporate HR team in daily functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and internal communications.

  • Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to their successful execution.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance HR processes and improve employee engagement.

  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvements.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program.

  • Current class standing of sophomore (second-year college student) or above.

  • Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

PROGRAM SCHEDULE/TIMELINE:

  • Summer Term: June - July

  • 8 weeks, up to 35 hours per week (4-5 days)
