The Motorola Solutions Land Mobile Radio Presales Team designs world-class end-to-end solutions for public safety markets. The team specializes in utilizing mission critical radio technologies such as APCO P25, and LTE along with cutting edge industry technologies such as Smart Connect, Wave, Critical Connect, and other Software to build solutions for our customers. We create world-class network solutions and user devices as part of the Eco-system for our public safety industry. Job Description

Manages pre-sale opportunities and implementation of the identified complex projects. This comprises all stages of the projects, starting from scope definition until final close of the project, involved in the entire Network Integration process. The incumbent is responsible for the management of all aspects of technical solution, Customer requirements and expectations within the projects. Defines directions and requirements to ensure timely implementation and quality of the technical solutions. Directly responsible for the preparation of system bids, taking into account the customer's needs and the equipment available, as well as any modifications required in conjunction with the product group. Works with operations as well as other internal and external developers of the networking products and systems to meet customer's delivery requirements and meeting deadlines.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's with a graduation date on or after December 2025.

  • Must be a US Citizen, permanent resident or be an MS student with work authorization (F1 Visa on CPT accepted only for masters-level students)
