Full Time Description & Requirements The Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Compliance Senior Associate position manages the firm's specialty training requirements for our Continuing Professional Education (CPE) space and provides support to personnel, as well as clients and others, with CPE requirements in accordance with NASBA and multi-state regulations. They closely monitor firm records and reporting, using professional judgement and experience, resolving potential conflicts before situations arise. Strong internal client service skills, research, along with a demonstrated general understanding of CPE compliance best practices, as well as learning and development, are required.
The role is highly collaborative and must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills daily. A proactive approach to risk management along with superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment is required. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are used daily.
