Description What will I be doing? As a Laundry Attendant, you would be responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Perform all stages of linen processing, including, but not limited to, collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading (washers, dryers and chutes), ironing, folding, storing and delivering Maintain cleanliness of laundry machinery and laundry area Maintain stock levels Respond to guest service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Perform additional laundry services, as needed Qualifications Behaviors Team Player - Works well as a member of a group Detail Oriented - Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Dedicated - Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Motivations Ability to Make an Impact - Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization Self-Starter - Inspired to perform without outside help Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
