The Coordinator, Editorial Operations supports the pre-production editorial and content management activities required to deliver high-quality curriculum and study materials for Credentialing programs. This role focuses on executing key editorial and organizational tasks, such as XML content tagging, reviewing copyedits, maintaining updated document versions, and facilitating deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
The Coordinator will also manage the uploading of content to the content management system and ensure proper version control while collaborating closely with the Associate Manager, Editorial Operations, and other team members to meet production goals. *Job Description:* * Perform XML tagging to ensure the content is structured appropriately and ready for production. (20%) * Review copyedited materials for accuracy, editorial consistency, and accessibility compliance. (20%) * Upload and maintain content in the content management system, ensuring proper version control and organization. (10%) * Facilitate the timely delivery of files and materials to internal and external stakeholders. (10%) * Update source content documents, ensuring consistency across formats (print, digital, and online). (10%) * Collaborate with team members to prepare and finalize content packages for production. (10%) * Track and manage deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule. (10%) * Support the improvement of content workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency. (10%) *Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Minimum 2 years of experience in content management, editorial processes, or a related role. * Familiarity with XML tagging, content management systems, and editorial standards. * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, is a plus. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
