WHAT WE OFFER At Covestro, we want to provide students with opportunities to explore careers and learn about building professional relationships. The Early Discovery Program is an early insights/educational program designed to encourage undergraduate freshmen and sophomores to learn more about Covestro and the chemical industry, acquire technical skills and gain tools to start the career planning process and positioning in a competitive internship market. The 1-day, in-person program will take place at Covestro's Baytown, TX location in May 2025. This immersive program is designed to bring your classroom learning to life. Throughout the session, you will participate in panel discussions, training sessions and network with business leaders and executives. You will gain exposure to Covestro's culture, people, and learn about the career paths within a manufacturing company in the chemical industry. Program Highlights:
