To perform office and administrative duties for the Executive Vice President which by nature of the superior's position involves high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma/GED. CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) or one (1) year of related college courses strongly preferred. Significant amount (six (6) years minimum) of related business experience. Demonstrated Microsoft Office proficiency, good spelling, punctuation and basic grammar skills. Strong PowerPoint skills, Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Teams. Strong project management skills preferred. Ability to compose correspondence for superior's signature. Ability to prioritize mail and telephone calls for review/action. Excellent human relations and communications skills for interface with all levels of management. Preferred Qualifications: Research, experience working with Board of Directors, including management and distribution of materials, experience working with government filings, experience working with corporations, experience working with large scale legal operations, litigation and transaction teams, ability to manage up Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
