Available Shifts & Pay Rates:



  • 1st Shift: 6 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday) | $32 - $36/hr
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11 PM (Monday-Friday) | $32 - $36/hr + $1.50 shift differential
  • 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 7 AM (Monday-Friday) | $32 - $36/hr + $2.25 shift differential



As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will support our manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing high-speed automation equipment. Your role will ensure maximum uptime, improved efficiency, and enhanced equipment performance. If you're an expert in mechanical troubleshooting and enjoy working in a high-tech production environment, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:



  • Diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment malfunctions quickly to minimize downtime. Respond to line calls promptly to maintain production flow.
  • Perform regular maintenance to ensure equipment runs at peak efficiency and reduce the risk of breakdowns.
  • Work closely with operators, engineers, and supervisors to identify and resolve operational issues. Install, adjust, and upgrade production machinery as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance logs and reports to track repairs, performance, and improvements.



Requirements:



  • 3-5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing maintenance role.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience with high-speed automation equipment is highly preferred.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities.
  • Ability to make quick, effective decisions in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
