The Director, Marketing - Clinical Labs, is a visionary leader for the North America region, who orchestrates the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives for VITROS instruments, automation, informatics, reagents, and associated consumables across the US and Canada. This pivotal role is responsible for leading the team tasked with crafting and implementing innovative strategies that drive market growth, enhance competitive positioning, and maximize revenue potential in the clinical laboratory sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving market growth in the healthcare industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments to achieve transformative results. This position reports to the VP/Head of NA Marketing and Sales Enablement will be hybrid near our Raritan, NJ or Rochester, NY offices. Remote candidates will also considered within the US. Typical hybrid office environment. Must have the discipline, organization skills and self-motivation to work autonomously in a home office environment. The Physical DemandsMust be physically able to travel up to 30%. Travel includes airplane, train, automobile, and overnights. On a typical workday, 60% of time meeting with people (in person or by Zoom/Teams), 40% of the time on computer, or on phone. Salary TransparencyThe salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on that facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 and is bonus eligible. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time) and paid Holidays.
