The Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing marketing initiatives for specific market segments, solutions, and campaigns with the guidance of business and marketing leadership. The scope of this job includes conducting research, creating messaging, and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns that fuel the growth of key markets and segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide marketing programs and ensure channel effectiveness, measurable results, and timely follow-up by sales team and collaborate to accelerate sales efforts and support bookings and revenue goals, and actively monitor and report on MQL generation, conversion, and influence.
  • Work with the events team to manage planned events and identify new potential events, support sales outreach to drive qualified new prospects to events, and manage and track the follow-up process post-event.
  • Work with solutions management to support new solution launches, retention campaigns, and monitor selling of strategic add-ons.
  • Plan, create, own, and maintain social media campaigns in conjunction with business leaders.
  • Drive email marketing programs including strategy, calendar, content creation and execution, as well as landing page and program creation in Marketo.
  • Manage development and execution of webinar campaigns, including coordinating speakers, promotion strategy, in-webinar logistics, post-webinar follow-up, and analysis.
  • Create and evolve messaging for presentations and outbound talk tracks to optimize for conversion.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2-4 years' relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on use of Marketo or another marketing automation platform
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Content development and writing experience, such as webinars, white papers, or blogs
  • Basic understanding of sales organization dynamics and pipeline generation tactics

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
