Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative's primary responsibilities are to build communicational relationships with assigned distributor customer base, facilitate order processing from receipt to shipment, and provide complete customer service utilizing the internal support systems. Position Responsibilities: * Build a positive communication relationship with contacts at each assigned distributor location becoming the face and voice of KINEXO. * Process distributor orders while verifying accuracy by validating placement lead time, minimum order quantities, requested delivery date, pricing, and other various related data points. * Review of daily reports for subsequent action required as related to proper fulfillment of orders and logistics obligations. * Communicate with KINEXO warehouses as needed to facilitate adjustments to orders related to item quantities, pick-up dates, shortages, special shipments, etc. * Communicate with internal departments as needed to resolve any issues such as pricing, product availability, promotional activity, product recalls, etc. * Serve as a liaison between internal logistics department and distributor to assist in revising delivery appointments when carrier or warehouse issues arise (i.e. equipment malfunctions, detention at shipper's warehouses, etc.) * Timely and accurate execution is of paramount importance in this role. Essential Skills and Experience * Knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Experience in food service or logistics a benefit * Excellent interpersonal skills * Strong communication skills - both verbal and written * Attention to detail and accuracy a must * Strong organizational skills * Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment * Solid problem solving skills * Computer literacy with strong Excel skills * High school diploma required WORKING CONDITIONS:
