Assistant Professor, Program for Advancement of Learning (PAL) The Program for Advancement of Learning (PAL) at Curry College is an internationally recognized, credit-bearing academic program designed to support neurodiverse learners, including students with diagnosed learning differences (LD) and/or Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Established 55 years ago, PAL has served as a model for strength-based education, fostering student success through innovative, metacognitive-based personalized instruction. We are seeking a full-time faculty member (Assistant Professor) to instruct credit-bearing courses in one-on-one and small-group settings using developmental and motivational frameworks. This position requires an ability to employ a range of evidence-based instructional techniques, emphasizing creativity, flexibility, and real-world application. PAL faculty individualize the curriculum to meet the unique needs of each student, facilitating academic and personal growth through practical application. Responsibilities:
