Position Summary:

The Digital Services Coordinator will work to support participants by increasing their digital literacy and access to affordable technology and internet services. This position will assist participants both remotely and in-person, while collaborating with Services and Program staff to coordinate efforts and ensure participants have the necessary resources and skills to increase their digital capabilities.

Day in the life: In a typical day, the Digital Services Coordinator...



  • Assessments and Access: Coordinate and serve as point of contact for digital literacy skills and/or technology access for participants, including internet access, equipment, or other technology needs.
  • Skill Building and Support: Provide skill building and support to participants around using technology, including security and safe navigation.
  • Internal and External Partnerships: Build productive relationships with internal and external partners that promote effective digital skill acquisition



Job Pay & Perks:



  • Pay range: $25.24 - $37.04
  • This is a scheduled-hybrid role whose essential functions require work to be conducted at a physical location, which may include a GESMN or partner facility, at least two (2) days per week. The remaining days can be worked from the employee's home office or a designated community setting as directed by the manager.

  • Superior coaching, leadership, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus
  • Adaptable and open to change and flexibility
  • Knowledge of data privacy requirements and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to work in a team environment, multi-task, and meet deadlines to achieve required outcomes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software, including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and more
  • Ability to accurately enter data into computer-based systems
  • Proficient and confident technology skills, including the ability to navigate easily online and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as travel is required



Prior Experience & Education:



  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 year experience in a customer service role, preferably related to
    community engagement and outreach
