Director of Pharmacy As a full time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Director of Pharmacy at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital, youwill oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team. Schedule: This full time, exempt position will work a minimum of 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday day shift. Starting Pay Range: $160K-$180K annually based on recent work experience. About the Facility: Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital is a 231-bed, Joint Commission accredited, Level III Trauma Center in Nacogdoches, Texas. As a medical center and surgery center, our Breast Care Center's Mammography Facility is accredited by the American College of Radiology and the Cecil R. Bomar Rehabilitation Center is an internationally accredited Center of Excellence for Rehab. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. About the Pharmacy: The pharmacy is open Monday-Friday from 7:00am-9:00pm and weekends from 8:00am-6:00pm. The pharmacy utilizes Cerner and Omnicell with CPOE and Emar capability. Required Qualifications:
