Your next career move:

We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator who administrates the electronic Learning Management System (eLMS). Manages paper training record workflows, trainee accounts, department curricula (job code and course creation, revision, assignment, etc.) and routine user queries. Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop, schedule, coordinate and deliver training materials. Implements process improvements and authors compliance documents related to training program.

Responsibilities:



  • Serves as an administrator for the eLMS (ACE) and performs daily Training review and approval for GMP documentation.
  • Works closely and assists Operational Excellence (OE) Training staff with delivery of classroom training, identification of training needs and opportunities for GMP personnel. Resolves training gaps as they arise.
  • Performs a variety of data entry tasks within eLMS.
  • Files, manages and maintains personnel records for GMP and job-specific training in both electronic and hard copy formats.
  • Creates courses, curricula (Job Codes), and training matrices within the eLMS.
  • Manages users and trainee accounts, including assignment of curricula to GMP staff and follow-up on outstanding Training tasks with employees in each department.
  • Adds new employees to ACE and assign Training courses as applicable.
  • Conduct annual Training audit for GMP employees.
  • Works with GMP personnel to ensure GMP training completion.
  • Runs training reports, publishes training metrics, and makes presentations to management.
  • Participates in training program continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assists and supports OE Training classroom offerings as applicable.
  • Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule].
  • Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.
  • Embodies Aji Bio-Pharma's cultural values and aligns daily actions with department goals and company culture.



Requirements:



  • High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred in Life Sciences or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two to four (2-4) years of experience in quality, documentation, or training.
  • Prior experience with A or other eLMS systems preferred.
  • Understanding of GMP guidelines within a Biotech or Medical Device manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory (FDA, EMA, etc.) expectations and global guidelines related to training.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities to complete assignments within established timelines.
  • Customer-service orientation and strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Lean Six Sigma terminology and methods with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt training preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.



The anticipated hourly range for candidates who will work in California is $23.03 - $30.23
