We are hiring a OB/GYN Physician at our Lisbon Avenue Health Center in Milwaukee, WI. This is a full-time position and will work in our Women's Health department. This position does not require working late nights, weekends, or holidays in the clinic setting. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and non-profit organization, you may also be eligible for student loan forgiveness. National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program: In exchange for loan repayment, you serve at least two years of service at an NHSC-approved site in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA). Founded in 1999, Progressive Community Health Centers is an independent non-profit organization that operates four clinic locations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. More than 100 employees support our agency's mission to improve the health and quality of life of the community by providing culturally competent services that address identified needs. We provide high quality, comprehensive care to roughly 16,000 patients annually, a majority of who are low-income. No one is ever turned away from our clinics based on insurance status or ability to pay. Job Summary
The OB/GYN physician provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients at Progressive Community Health Centers (PCHC) and offers delivery and surgical services at a local health system. Works in an integrated fashion with a variety of team members; supports and collaborates with Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife roles.
