Mansfield Service Partners is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to drive volume and margin growth across our diverse portfolio of products-including unbranded fuels, lubricants, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), additives, and more. In this versatile role, you will develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and expand existing customer relationships for our Cincinnati and Dayton, OH territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Account Management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and margin goals across all product lines.
  • Acquire new accounts and expand business within existing accounts through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition and product offerings.

Prospecting & CRM Management

  • Organize your daily work schedule to maximize customer engagement and pipeline development.
  • Utilize and maintain our CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform pricing strategies and overall sales approaches.

Pricing, Proposal, & Sales Cycle Management

  • Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, including pricing, credit terms, and service offerings tailored to customer needs.
  • Adjust pricing strategies in response to market data and internal forecasts to optimize margins and profitability.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition with internal teams.

Collaboration & Customer Support

  • Collaborate with departments such as supply, operations, and billing to meet customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Address challenges (e.g., credit issues, supply interruptions) professionally while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress, market insights, and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant sales experience is desired; candidates with experience in unbranded fuels or related industries are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Attributes

  • Proven track record in driving new sales growth, with strong prospecting and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experienced with CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and necessary auto liability insurance (if applicable).

Work Environment:

  • 40-hour work week with opportunities for travel within the assigned territory as needed.
