Job Summary: Reporting directly to the Vice President, Digital Marketing, the Manager, Performance Marketing will be an experienced, end-to-end performance marketer comfortable in both leading and executing digital marketing strategy to drive growth and retention in partnership with cross-functional team including ecommerce, creative and merchandizing, as well as handling day-to-day strategy to support execution across relevant platforms and technologies. The ideal candidate will be an experienced performance marketer and must possess a depth of knowledge in ecommerce and digital best practices including a general understanding of campaign reporting and analytics. Key responsibilities of this role includes: serving as an agency point-of-contact overseeing day-to-day digital marketing execution across omni-channel efforts, manage paid media across all channels (PPC social, search, display) in partnership with media agency, able to work in a fast paced environment and extremely comfortable with data to drive strategy and performance. In addition, this role will work along-side the brand counterparts and will be responsible for sharing weekly performance reporting across all active digital marketing channels and implementation of best practices to drive the business forward. Overall:
The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 - $110,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
