Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour (+ $1.00/hr. shift differential for 2nd shift, $1.25/hr. for 3rd shift). Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Schedule: Monday - Friday CNC Machine Operator essential tasks: Set up and operate multiple machine tools efficiently within standard route time. Navigate FANUC controls, including wear and geometry pages, to ensure product conformance. Troubleshoot and resolve machine tool issues to maintain production flow. Use Renishaw Probing System for simple functions and operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). Inspect products using engineering blueprints and various gauging tools, completing First Article Inspections (FAI). Enter Statistical Process Control (SPC) data, analyze results, and adjust processes accordingly. Maintain 5S standards, perform TPM inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives like SMED, Kaizen, and fixture design. Requirements: Preferably an associate degree in Machine Tool Technology (MTT), High School Diploma, GED, and evidence of relevant/significant work experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years of CNC experience. Knowledgeable in basic shop math: Trigonometry, Pythagorean Theorem, etc. Ability to interpret and edit CNC programming.
