Forklift Operator

Pay: $18.00/hr

Shift Available: 12-hour rotating shifts

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely staging, loading, and unloading products using a forklift. Your role will be critical to maintaining the smooth flow of materials within the warehouse or manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Staging products for shipment or production lines.
• Loading and unloading materials from trucks, shelves, or storage areas using a forklift.
• Operating the forklift safely to minimize risks and maintain productivity.
• Conducting routine forklift inspections and reporting maintenance issues.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production or shipping needs.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area for efficient operations.
• Supporting other warehouse or production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift operation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks that require bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling, and reaching. Comfortable with repetitive hand and foot movements.
• Excellent depth perception and color vision are required.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in a face-to-face setting.
