NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and knowledgeable individual to serve as the Assistant Track and Field/Cross Country Coach. This position will assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the track and field and cross-country programs within the NJCAA (National Junior College Athletic Association). The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching at the collegiate or high school level, demonstrate a commitment to student-athlete success both academically and athletically, and contribute to the overall development and success of the program.Key Responsibilities
Rate of Pay $38,585 annualized Skills & Abilities
Physical Activities Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like. Never Occasionally Constantly Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces. Never Occasionally Constantly Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Never Occasionally Constantly Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another. Never Occasionally Constantly Adjusting or moving objects up to 40?__ pounds in all directions.
