The Sr Director - Growth Marketing and Campaign Management collaborates with the marketing team to lead the development, execution, management, and optimization of comprehensive marketing campaigns. These campaigns are designed to align with overarching business strategies and stimulate demand for Verizon Business Group's products and services within the Global Enterprise and Public Sector markets. Additionally, this role involves liaising with technology partners to increase product and solution awareness and generate demand. A strong emphasis is placed on measurement, reporting, and refining the marketing approach based on segmentation. This position is pivotal in driving a focus on the sales funnel, bookings, and revenue for Verizon Business across both Global Enterprise and Public Sector markets. The core objective is to deliver localized campaigns, sales programs, market intelligence, and enhanced brand awareness. In partnership with sales leadership, this role will develop, implement, and support program execution aimed at driving sales and revenue. Furthermore, the Sr Director will identify and address knowledge and skill gaps to enhance marketing and sales performance. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $179,000.00 and $332,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. |
