What you'll be doing...By joining Verizon as a leader in the Corporate Communications organization, you will have the opportunity to lead employee engagement for Verizon Business, a $30 billion business focused on delivering solutions and products to power and empower global enterprises, small and medium businesses, and government and public sector customers. A leader in this role will oversee employee engagement within the Verizon Business Group and lead a team focused on telling action-inspiring stories of how we serve more businesses than any competitor and the unbeatable solutions we bring to our customers daily. Further, this leader will partner with the business unit's internal functions as well as support organizations such as the Corporate Communications team, Human Resources, etc., to create and execute communications that empower employees, amplify their voices, and ensure they feel valued and connected to the organization's success. For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $118,000.00 and $219,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. |
