JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive training and development programs to enable our employees to fully utilize the organization's investment in technology products. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, assessing training needs, developing curriculum, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology training initiatives.

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • Knowledge of business processes and technology at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in computer science, information systems or related field; and
  • Three plus years' experience in technology implementation, change management, or a related field.


      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


      • Designs and develops training programs, curriculum, methods, and materials for various audiences, including employees, managers, or other learners.
      • Conducts surveys, interviews, and skill assessments to identify training or development needs, goals, gaps, and requirements.
      • Consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content and training curriculum.
      • Develops curricula supporting defined competency models or skill frameworks.
      • Writes and edits training materials, including training manuals, job aids, and presentations and other resources for in-person or online courses and self-study programs.
      • Evaluates the software or collaboration tools to be selected for training.
      • Establishes metrics to use to evaluate training effectiveness. May collaborate with vendors that provide training materials or conduct training.
      • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

      • The salary range for this position is $62,130 - $77,660

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


      • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Adoption and Change Management Specialist or Agile Change Management.

      • Must be legally authorized to work in the Unites States, no sponsorships considered.
      • Remote position
      • Required minimal travel (up to 10%) including in-state and out-of-state by car and/or plane with overnight stays.
      • Background check, MVR and drug screen may be required.
