Commercial Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs according to work orders, ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
• Conduct minor plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing fixtures.
• Handle routine painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs to keep facilities in excellent condition.
• Perform minor electrical work, such as replacing light bulbs, switches, outlets, and fixtures, in compliance with safety regulations.
• Use mobile devices (tablet, smartphone) to complete work orders, log expenses, and submit reports.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provide project estimates, attend safety training, and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or relevant certification in Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing) preferred, with 2-5 years of experience or equivalent training.
• Must hold applicable certifications, licenses, and have a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to read instructions, write reports, and communicate effectively in small group settings.
• Proficiency in using mobile devices and business systems, including Microsoft Office, for documentation and communication.
• Comfortable with local travel between properties for repairs and maintenance.
• Strong commitment to safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
